Our founder conducts a site-specific security assessment to identify operational needs and establish tailored Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Personnel are briefed on their responsibilities and expected to follow these procedures consistently.
Compliance with operational protocols is not optional.
Any failure to follow the established procedures is addressed promptly. Serious or repeated non-compliance may result in removal from the assignment and replacement according to company procedures.
